The SM301 unit features a daily operator safety check to be completed at the start of each shift. The SM301 unit includes an integrated Wi-Fi transceiver to allow for web-based data tracking for all trucks equipped with this model.  Every model includes (2) per-programmed key-fobs (1 yellow for supervisor, 1 gray for operator) and extra key-fobs are available.  The gray key-fobs are programmed to work with all Start-Manager units in the fleet and the optional black key-fobs are programmed to work on a single Start-Manager unit within the fleet.  The Cold Storage Package option protects units from condensation in freezer applications.</strong>

  Lift Truck Log Daily Operator Inspection System

  <strong>OSHA requires that all forklifts be inspected before the beginning of each shift. The Lift Truck Log provides 624 daily forklift checklists (over 2-years) in one complete kit.  If the truck requires maintenance, there is a Forklift Repair Request Form that can be filled out to alert management of the mechanical failure.  All information in stored in the Log to keep a history of the mechanical condition of the truck.  In the event that the forklift does not pass inspection, the Lift Truck Log contains a lock-out tag to tag-out the equipment for safety.  The optional Days of the Week Pad easily mounts on the lift truck using an adhesive, and provides a visual aid to the supervisor to ensure the inspections are being completed each day.</strong> <strong>Available in English or Spanish: IC Counterbalance, Electric Counterbalance, Electric Pallet Truck and Reach Truck inspection forms.</strong>

  <strong>The Overhead Door Warning System alerts forklift operators and individuals in a two way traffic pattern of potentially dangerous traffic coming through strip doors, high speed doors, and pass through openings.  Before passing through, the sensor(s) detect motion on one side and activate the light on the opposite side, alerting pedestrians and forklift operators.  Overhead models with multiple sensors help protect high traffic areas that may consist of either temporary or permanent obstructions which block the view of approaching traffic.  All Overhead Door models include a 25' power cable.  Optional Audible Alarm and Pulsating Red Burst of Light under main box available.</strong>

  <strong>The Arc Light is designed to alert pedestrians of the rear end swing of the forklift.  Multiple light configurations can be used for increased visibility and to keep pedestrians away from both the front and back of the forklift or to create a halo around the truck.  Each Arc Light includes hardware and mounting bracket for easy installation in a variety of configurations.  Lights are sold individually.</strong>
